
Vilma Maria, or "Mima" as we lovingly call her, is a resilient Nicaraguense woman and home cook. Mother of four, she shaped my siblings and I to be able to handle everything--including the heat! Her recipes are a reflection of her travels through Latin America, and some have even been passed down generationally. We hope to continue her spirit and drive through Mima's Cocina!

Through Mima's Cocina, we aim to share our Latin American family flavors with your household. Our journey began with Mima's signature chile recipe, and the first jars were made in our very own kitchen and distributed to family and friends. Interest grew, and we are now able to mass produce Mima's chile and more products in the future thanks to your support!
